Reception Acknowledgement Process
Before our system can receive your data, sent in MSCONS or ESS format to our data address, it has to run through our reception process.
Your data must be signed, or both signed and encrypted.
The reception process periodically checks whether new messages have been sent. Then the email message is checked.
The process validates the:
- message;
- attachment; and
- component(s).
You receive the positive or negative result of the validation process in the form of an automated email reply.
These automated responses will not work properly unless you have a certified email address and use it to send the data to us.
